What is market development you ask?
Well... you would be amazed at how many companies
fail to implement and maximize every opportunity that exists.
Only after they're to market do they realize
the potential they've missed and sometimes they never do.
It all goes back to planning; ask yourself a few questions:
- Do you have a retail distribution network established?
- Is it the right network for you and your creation?
- Does it encompass every possible sales channel that you could be in?
- Are you successfully selling over the internet?
- If yes, what is your definition of successfully?
- Do you have a customer loyalty or continuity program?
- If yes, is it successful?
I don't only mean for you but for your customer as well?
Hopefully you've asked them.
- What about an exit strategy and exit channel
for clearing the goods when you have to?

properly evaluated your strategies to determine if they
are producing the results you want, need , or expect?
